DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY TIME
We take pride at every stage of the order process and aim to provide you with the best customer experience and shipping options. With that in mind we offer FREE UK DELIVERY for all orders – OUR TREAT. Our processing time is 2-3 working days for cards and 5-6 working days for pictures. If you need your order sooner then please email us and we will do our very best to help. We use Royal Mail First Class, Signed For and Tracked 48 services.
For orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday processing will begin on the next worki
Orders are usually delivered as follows:
Cards & Prints
- – Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 working days from dispatch)
Pictures
- – Small parcels – Royal mail 1st class (1-2 working days from dispatch)
- – Large parcels – Tracked 48 (1-2 working days from dispatch)
For Tracked 48 orders tracking information will be emailed to you once posted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – Postage to be paid by customer
We welcome international orders and we use the local courier service for each country. Consequently delivery times and charges will vary so we ask that you please email us before placing your order to discuss what you would like to order.
RETURNS
At Shola Artz we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. We know that occasionally you may change your mind about an item and may want to return it so we ask that you email us with your concerns first. We offer a 14 day returns policy and we will reimburse the cost of the item and the cost of return postage for the item.
We protectively package each order to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition and we re-use packaging where possible. However if an item arrives damaged we will do our very best to put that right for you. All we ask is that you notify us straight away and send an image of the fault and we will advise you accordingly. Once logged with us we will ask you to return faulty items to us within 14 days, with the packing note and in the original or appropriate packaging and we will reimburse the cost of return postage for the item.
